Under the SDRA, beneficiary countries among other conditions agree to:

Adopt and or maintain accountable democratic governance.

Refrain from acquiring any external loans.

If a participating country decides to take on any loan in the future, it must first secure approval through a national referendum, with a simple majority of its citizens voting in favour. In addition, the country must donate 150% of the original debt amount to KeySolve, which terminates the SDRA.

However, when a beneficiary country stands firmly both politically and economically and wants to give back to the global community; only approval through a national referendum and a donation of 100% of the debt amount is required.
